Manuela Rossini holds a PhD in English and currently works in the Vice Rectorate for Research at the University of Basel, Switzerland. Her major research interest is in the area of Literature & Science Studies, including Animal Studies and Critical Posthumanism. She acts as President and Executive Director of the European Society for Science, Literature, and the Arts (SLSAeu) and co-edits the Rodopi book series, Experimental Practices: Technoscience, Art, Literature, Philosophy (EP).
