David Parry is an Assistant Professor of Emerging Media and Communications at the University of Texas at Dallas. His work centers on examining the complex cultural transformations brought about by the change from an analog archive to one whose substructure is a digital network. Particularly he is interested in how democracy itself is transformed by this changeover.
